It's salad season!!! I LOVE this time of year, when there is an abundance of produce straight from people's gardens!
This cucumber salad is packed with umami, a wonderful, deep flavor that you don't find in other cucumber salad recipes. It's a taste bud delight!
And, it just so happens to contain lots of healthy, nutrient dense ingredients as well!!! Leeks, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, cayenne...and they all come together so beautifully!
