It's finally getting warmer outside and boy am I ready!!! It has me thinking about cooler drinks to enjoy as well!
Hydration is so important for our bodies, especially if we sweat a lot, which we should be trying to do! If you are in ketosis at all it is even more important to be consuming electrolytes as it can deplete them. My electrolytes are monitored via blood tests every few months and I'm always super low so I've upped my electrolytes lately.
I've always liked to drink lemon water as well, I feel better when I do. But trying to get all the electrolytes in as well doesn't leave room for any more water to be consumed, I'm about to pop. So, I got to thinking, why not combine the two?!
Let me tell you. This stuff is amazing! I guzzled it. The fresh mint is bomb and takes this beverage to another level. You have to try it.
