I love brussels sprouts, when prepared well!
This recipe was adapted from Cookie & Kate's Kung Pao Brussel Sprouts recipe to fit my nutritional specifications, and it has a little Asian flare to it that is delicious!
It doesn't take long at all to throw together and doesn't dirty a bunch of dishes either! My kind of recipe!
You may be hard pressed to have any leftovers for tomorrow's lunch, these little guys are so yummy!
Trim the ends off of your brussels sprouts, half the small ones and quarter any larger sprouts. Toss in a bowl, coat with a thin layer of avocado oil. Put in the air fryer for about 9 minutes, give or take a minute depending on your desired crispiness.
While the sprouts cook, whip up your sauce and cook a few minutes. Dump sprouts and sauce back into your large bowl and toss.
Garnish with some sesame seeds and cilantro if you like and enjoy!
