Dairy Free Caesar Dressing

I've tried a few caesar dressing recipes at home and never been thrilled, but this one is different!

This recipe is from 40 Aprons, and is definitely one you need to try! You can get the original recipe HERE.

I made extremely slight modifications to a few ingredient amounts, but pretty much stuck to the recipe:)

Definitely going to have to check out their site more and see what else they have going on!

Since you're opening a can of anchovies, you might as well make some of my Olive Tapenade too, so those anchovies don't go to waste!

Since simple is the way I like to cook, it doesn't get any easier than this. Throw everything in your jar (a few items you have to let set for 10 minutes, but requires 0 of your time), blend for a few seconds and ENJOY!!

We eat lots of salads around here, so you have to change things up so that you are getting varied nutrients, but also so you don't get bored. Salads are great meal prep items to keep on hand too so that when you are hungry you can grab and go. I try to always have a salad dressing made up as well, but if you don't have one ready and no time, just throw on some high quality olive oil and a few shakes of a vinegar of your choice!

This recipe is spicy, so good! But if that's not your thing, decrease garlic by a clove and pepper by a teaspoon.

Don't forget to subscribe so you don't miss out on any future simple & nutrient dense recipes!!
