Cranberry sauce has never been a dish I particularly cared for. Probably because it was always squeezed out of a can when I was growing up and still completely resembled the can it was just in even once it was on the serving platter, which is just weird.
A handful of years ago I attempted to cook some raw cranberries, don't really remember what I did with them, just that they were DISGUSTING. They all went straight in the trash.
When my nutritionist gave me this recipe I was hesitant to say the least, but I've made four batches of it in the past few weeks, I'm LOVING it! I've tweaked it a few times as I've gone along and I will say this is one you should definitely try!
Eating seasonally has also been a shift I've been trying to make in my nutrition, this recipe is making that goal a little easier, for sure.
Serving Ideas
Super simple and fast to prepare, it's great on salads, meats, in chia pudding, in fat bombs, on a keto cheesecake and I'm sure many more ways I've yet to try!
