Well, I've got a tasty solution for you if you like curry! This recipe is so smooth and creamy and doesn't taste a bit like cauliflower, which is a huge win in my opinion, because frankly I think cauliflower is gross unless it's masked by other flavors.
The beauty of this recipe is it is easily tweakable to your palate. It's got some nice kick to it that'll clean out your sinus' for sure, but if you're not into that just don't put so much curry paste in.
Want it thinner? Add a bit more bone broth. Easy peasy.
Not only are you getting a nice dose of veggies in, but if you use homemade, or a high quality bone broth, your getting all the benefits that come along with that as well. It's the perfect quick, easy dinner on a cold fall night!
