Cruciferous veggies are excellent cancer fighting foods and I incorporate them into my meals in large quantity daily. Raw is even better!
If you prepare this salad and enjoy it right away it has great texture and crunch to it, let it set several hours and it softens and the flavors blend beautifully. Personally, I love it both ways!
Every time I make this it's gone in a flash, I have to eat what I want before I put it in the fridge because it probably won't be there when I go back to get more.
Throw a little chicken on it and you've got a complete meal! Have I mentioned how much I like easy meals??? No need to overcomplicate things!
You could sub in cranberries for the goji berries, just be sure you get cranberries with no sugar added. Yeah, they're a little more tart, but when they put sugar on them, they are basically turned into candy.
